This was a play-on words for a pre-clearance event. "Wrap-up" suggests 1) winter was coming to an end and 2) warmth, encouraging the customer to shop with JCPenney for all their winter wear. 

Another pre-clearance event for JCPenney, Summer Splash inspired the customer to  make a "splash" with big savings.

Spring Fever Savings was a pre-clearance event that prompted the customer to expend her energy at JCPenney.

Bonus Bucks was a loyalty program at JCPenney that encouraged the customer to buy more and  save more. It was inspired by Kohl's Cash.
